Feature

One QR on your card. Every RSVP in your dashboard.

Veepys turns your printed invitation into an interactive RSVP surface. Guests scan the QR with any phone camera, respond in one tap, and every response — even from elders who prefer paper — lands in the same live dashboard.

Bridge printed cards and digital RSVP

Many weddings still lean on paper for elders and formal invitations. Veepys keeps the card and modernises the response: a QR on the corner of the card, a scan, a tap — no chasing over WhatsApp, no paper RSVP slips lost in a rush.

Print-ready QR

Export as high-resolution PNG or vector SVG for any printer.

Personal QR per guest

Enable guest-list mode to map each printed card to the invited name.

Camera-native scan

Every modern phone reads it from the camera app — no scanner app required.

Same dashboard

Digital and QR RSVPs land in one guest list you can export any time.

Frequently asked questions

How does QR-code RSVP work?
Every Veepys invitation has a unique QR code. Guests scan it with their phone camera, open the invitation, and RSVP with one tap — no app install, no typing.
Can I print the QR on my paper wedding card?
Yes. Download the QR as PNG or SVG and give it to your printer. Elders who prefer paper can still RSVP by scanning at the reception door.
Is a scanned RSVP tracked to a specific guest?
Yes when you enable guest-list mode — each printed card gets a personal QR that maps the response to the invited name.
Does QR scanning work offline?
The scan opens a URL, so guests need internet to view the invitation and RSVP. The QR itself works offline.
